This series of gas-containing beverage machinery adopts advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate. The steam-containing beverage machine adopts a magnetic torque type capping head to realize the functions of gripping and screwing. The capping torque is steplessly adjustable, and has a constant torque screwing and capping function. The whole machine adopts advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control and inverter control. It has the functions of automatic control of the cover system, automatic detection of filling temperature, high temperature alarm of materials, low temperature shutdown and automatic reflow, no bottle without capping, lack of bottle waiting, lack of cover and other functions.


The production process of the gas-containing beverage production line is as follows:
1. Flushing water: The flushing water is sent to the bottle washing machine for the flushing bottle for the water treated by the pure water treatment system;
2. Disinfection of the cap, cover: The cap that meets the technical requirements is manually poured into the cap and automatically disinfected in the cabinet. After ozone is disinfected for a certain period of time, it is manually sent into the capper, and the capper will be arranged in a messy lid. After being placed in the same direction, the cover is sent to the capping machine to be screwed;
3. Filling and capping of the product: the material is filled into the cleaned PET bottle through the filling system, and after being capped by the capping machine, the cap is turned into a semi-finished product;

4. Post-packaging of the product: After the filling, the semi-finished product becomes the finished product after the labeling, shrinking, coding, and film packaging, and is manually loaded into the warehouse;


The gas-containing beverage machine will produce some foam during the production process, and the foam will overflow or be on the machine, which will cause obstacles and local pollution to the goods to be canned. At this time, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive cleaning work on the filling machine. If the cleaning machine is improperly handled, it will cause problems such as rusting of the gas-filled beverage equipment. 


The following is the correct cleaning method for the beverage equipment:

When cleaning the filling machine mouth, it must not be washed with water, but a special cleaning agent should be used for cleaning. This is because the filling port is prone to rust due to the acid and alkali corrosion of the filling machine during the filling process. The cleaning agent can effectively remove rust. Apply the cleaning agent evenly on the surface of the filling machine, then wipe it slowly with a damp cloth to wipe the body of the beverage. 

Finally, the sponge is used to dry the liquid on the surface of the filling machine. Wait until the machine is naturally dry in the air. In general, the use of beverage machinery is relatively long, so it is recommended to clean the equipment at regular intervals to keep the body of the filling machine clean and tidy.
